Boomphones are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the received date, as stated on carrier’s website, of the original retail purchase from an authorized Boomphones dealer1.

Boomphones accessories and any other ‘free’ component included are not covered under the warranty.  The Bombshell and strap are intended to support only the weight of the Boomphones and its components. 

We do not cover normal wear and tear, blown speakers (to avoid blown speakers, do not play at full volume), cut cords, bent jacks, scratches, loss or theft. This warranty excludes damages resulting from abuse, accidents, including water damage, modifications or other causes that are not defects in material and workmanship as determined by Boomphones in its sole discretion. Once customer service has validated your claim, Boomphones at its option will exchange the product with a functional equivalent product that is new or refurbished. This does not mean you can abuse your Boomphones and expect warranty.  Boomphones reserves the right to inspect returned product subject to a warranty claim to identify if the claimed defect is a workmanship and/or manufacturers’ defect. 

This warranty cannot be transferred or assigned. Proof of purchase is required to verify eligibility. We do not offer monetary reimbursement for warranties. Contact customer service at 1-855-758-7671 for more details.

Authorized Boomphones Dealer means any distributor, reseller or retailer is authorized by Boomphones at the time of the sale to sell authentic Boomphones products in new, unused condition in its original packaging.
