Product: Phantom Headphones
I received this white card in my Boomphones that has a S/N number and model. How do I register my Boomphones?
Registering your Boomphones but have not created a profile:
1. Click "REGISTER" at the top right of the homepage
2. Create a login username and password on the far left hand side of the screen
3. Click "SUBMIT"
4. A "THANK YOU" pop up will appear stating " Your registration has been successfully completed. You are logged-in and ready to begin using your new account."
5. Click "CONTINUE"
6. Now you are back on the Boomphones homepage
7. Click "SIGN IN" at the top right of the homepage
8. Login to your profile on the far right hand side of the screen
9. "YOUR BOOMPHONES ACCOUNT" page will come up with all of your information
10. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to "REGISTER YOUR PRODUCTS"
11. Enter in the information from your serial number card that came with your Boomphones
12. Click "SAVE"

Listening Modes and Speakers
How many listening modes do the Phantoms have?
They have three modes: Traditional, Internally Amplified, and Boombox Mode.
How do you amplify your Phantoms internally?
Slide the power switch into the ON position, which will illuminate the white LED lights.
How do you activate Boombox Mode?
Slide the power switch into the ON position, which will illuminate the white LED lights, and then press the bomb on the outer left housing, which will illuminate the red LED lights.
Do my Phantoms have active noise cancellation?
Boomphones Phantoms don’t have active noise cancellation, but the plush ear cushions seal in the music, and seal out the noises from your surrounding environment, acting as a passive noise cancellation.
Do Boomphones Phantoms really transform into a Boombox, or is it a metaphor, as in the quality of sound is comparable to a boombox?
Boomphones Phantoms are the 1st headphones that can ACTUALLY transform into a boombox. Boomphones = Boombox + Headphones.
I just bought my Phantoms, and I can’t hear any music when I use my cable that has the integrated mic, and volume control. Why?
The volume control is set at a low level when packaged, for your safety. Slowly raise the volume by turning the volume wheel.
Besides the Bombshell being a carrying case, does it have another purpose?
Yes, the Bombshell can also be used to blow up your music. Place your Phantoms inside, switch them over to Boombox mode, close the lid, but don't zip it up. You'll notice an instant amplification boost.
Can Boomphones Phantoms be used in the rain?
DO NOT operate your Phantoms in the rain. Avoid getting them wet at all costs. Any exposure to water can potentially damage and ruin them.
Battery and Charging
Will my Boomphones Phantoms work if the battery dies?
Yes, they will still work as traditional headphones (power switch in OFF position) if the battery dies. The powered features will not work.
How long does it take to charge the battery?
It will take about 3-4 hours to fully charge the battery.
How long does a fully charged battery last between charges?
The battery will last up to 5 hours in Boombox Mode, and 10 hours internally amplified.
How do you know when the battery needs to be charged?
You will know the battery needs to be charged when either the white or red LED lights begin to flash.
How do I know if my Phantoms are charging?
A blue LED light will illuminate on the right outer housing, indicating that your Phantoms are being charged.
How will I know when my Phantoms are finished charging?
The blue LED light will shut off, indicating that your Phantoms are fully charged.
Does the battery need to be removed in order to recharge it?
You cannot remove the battery to recharge it. It’s fixed permanently within your Phantoms. Simply plug the mini USB end of the cable into your Phantoms, and the USB end into your computer to charge.
My shipping address is an APO, when will I receive my order?
Shipping to PO Boxes, including APO, FPO and DPO addresses may take up to 21 days for delivery.
I selected Free Shipping, when will I receive my order?
Normal Free ground shipping is expected to deliver within 3-5 business days. Transit time begins once the product leaves distribution center.
I paid for expedited shipping, when can I expect my order?
Two day shipping is expected delivery within 2 business days.
Next day shipping is expected delivery in one business day.
Transit time begins once the product leaves the distribution center.

What is the return policy?
If you changed your mind and would like to return your Phantom Headphones, you may do so within 30 days of the received date. You are responsible for the shipping fees.
